1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and f222 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the f222 platform at https://f222.bar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the f222 platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on f222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. f222 enforces a strict 21+ policy and does not knowingly permit access to persons under this age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating the account on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by f222 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility rules.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as an agent, employee, or representative of any gambling competitor, regulator, or media organisation for the purpose of monitoring or reporting on f222.

f222 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any outstanding balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on f222. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify f222 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. f222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. Specific security obligations include:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or account.
• Do not allow any other person — including family members — to access or operate your account.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Promptly update your account information if your personal details, mobile number, or payment method changes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

f222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible platform standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of your registered mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). KYC verification is typically requested before a withdrawal is processed, but may be initiated at any point. Incomplete or failed KYC may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

f222 accepts deposits via the following payment methods. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. f222 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply its own fees. Accepted deposit methods include:

• bKash — personal wallet transfers. The sender number must match the mobile number registered to your f222 account.
• Nagad — personal wallet transfers, subject to the same matching number requirement.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — personal wallet transfers via the Rocket mobile app or USSD.
• Upay — personal wallet transfers. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to card issuer restrictions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet or payment method used to fund the account, subject to KYC clearance. f222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered under your name, or payment methods different from those used for deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request may be submitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• f222 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval. Delays beyond this window may result from KYC reviews, payment provider processing queues, or technical maintenance.
• f222 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether a prior KYC check was completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

f222 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available and to the general conditions stated in this section. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and any restrictions associated with that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements (rollover) have been met. The rollover multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new players on their first deposit only. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus, regardless of whether the first bonus was claimed.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• f222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of any modification will not be adversely affected with respect to that specific bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

f222 may, at its sole discretion, withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or any other behaviour that f222 reasonably considers to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the f222 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, PG Soft, Microgaming, and Habanero. Each game is governed by the rules published by its respective provider. f222 does not alter game mechanics or outcomes. The following general fair play rules apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are entirely independent of any previous result or player action outside of the game mechanics.
• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average return of each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Players must not use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Any session suspected of involving automated play will be suspended pending investigation.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including server disconnection, game crash, or display error — the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's server records, which are considered final. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds originating from illegal sources.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details to register or fund an account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches in any game to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been possible.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share bonus balances, or manipulate any result in any game type including sports betting markets.
• Employing arbitrage betting strategies across f222's sports betting markets or exploiting promotional offers in a systematic manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other technology to circumvent geo-restrictions.

f222 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected, f222 reserves the right to void all related bets and transactions, suspend or permanently close the account, and recover any funds obtained through the prohibited activity from any balance held on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

f222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a strict 21+ age policy. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. f222 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time reminders; self-exclusion (temporary or permanent); and account cooling-off periods. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will take immediate effect upon confirmation.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

f222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, account security failures, or prohibited activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the player's account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Player request — including self-exclusion requests submitted through f222's responsible gaming tools or via the support team.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no outstanding investigation is pending. Bonus balances and winnings derived from unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if f222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. f222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits f222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the f222 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the property of f222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the f222 platform without f222's prior written consent.

12. Privacy

f222's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 13. Amendments to These Terms

f222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material corrections, formatting updates, or minor clarifications may be applied without advance notice.

Your continued use of the f222 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
